Manage Your Saphira Account

Some of our customers might experience an issue in which they can't access their account on the website even though they placed one or more orders in the past.

This might happen because you either don't remember your password or due to the major update we made to our website back in December 20.

DON'T WORRY! All your orders are safe and saved in your account.

To resolve this, please Reset Your Password to gain access back to your account.

To update your physical shipping address:

1. Login to your Saphira account. If you don't have one, simply Register a Saphira Account using the email you placed the order with.

2. Click View addresses. A list will appear with all the addresses you added in the past.

3. Choose the address you wish to update. Click Edit. A form will appear where you can edit your address.

4. Once you finished editing, click Update Address.

Loyalty Program

Find frequently asked questions regarding Saphira's loyalty program.

Saphira Points are earned with every purchase you make and can be spent using every purchase you make. For every $10 you spend you earn 1 Saphira Point. Every Saphira Point is the equivalent of $1. You need to have at least 10 points to begin redeeming your points. The maximum points allowed per order are 100 points.

Visit the My Rewards page to see all your earned Saphira Points and to find new ways to receive points.

Once you reach 10 points, you can use your points to save money at checkout.

To redeem your points:

1. Visit My Rewards page.

2. Click the Rewards tab.

3. You will see Flexible discount box (if you reached at least 10 points). Click on the Redeem button.

4. On the new popup window, choose the amount of points you wish to redeem and click Confirm.

5. A new message will show up with a coupon code. Enjoy!

The coupon will be available to you always on the My Rewards page.
