Shipping policy

Saphira products are shipped worldwide. The products are available through professional distribution channels. For more information and questions regarding distribution, please contact joel@saphirahair.com.

Saphira provides Worldwide shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on shipping option selected.

Orders within the US are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery is within 3-7 business days.

International orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery is within 6-12 business days.

Express Delivery

Saphira also provides customers the option to choose express delivery at additional cost. The cost for express delivery is calculated at checkout.

For customers within the US we provide two Express shipping options: UPS Next Day Air® (Next business day) & UPS 2nd Day Air® (1-2 Business days).

For international orders, we provide the two following options:

USPS Priority Mail International - Expected delivery is within 6 to 10 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express International - Expected delivery is within 3 to 5 business days.

COVID-19

Due to the impact of COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays. Thank you for your patience! 

Saphira provides FREE shipping for all orders within the US, no minimum spent is required. 

Saphira provides FREE International Shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100 the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

We also provide Express & Next Day delivery options at additional cost, which are calculated at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, items purchased on the Website cannot be returned and/or refunded unless the fulfillment error was made on our side. If your Saphira product is defective, we will happily exchange it.

To exchange a defective item, please contact customer service at 1-888-924-8320 or via email: info@saphirahair.com. Proof of purchase and proof of defectiveness must be given to Saphira LLC. You may send us photos via email of the defective product, or send the item back to Saphira. If you wish to ship back products to Saphira LLC, please contact us and we will supply you with a return label.

Saphira manufactures high-quality products. Products purchased from SaphiraHair.com must be returned to our logistics center in Miami, Florida. Saphira will only process refunds & returns for unopened products purchased from SaphiraHair.com. Items purchased must be returned with the return label within 30 days from the date of receipt of product. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.

Product Availability

Saphira LLC’s offers of products and prices are valid as at the date they are displayed on the Website, but are subject to availability. Instructions concerning the availability of a product will be given at the time of order. In some circumstances, errors as to the availability of a product may arise especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event that a product is not available after the placement of an order, you will be informed of its unavailability by email, and another product shown on the Website may be suggested as a substitute or you may wish to wait for your orders availability or cancel your order.

If you choose to cancel your order, you will be promptly refunded the purchase price on the credit card or on the payment system account, such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, which was used to make the order. Saphira LLC accepts no liability for any claims or damages whatsoever in the event of stock outage or unavailability of products. Saphira reserves the right to change the products displayed on the Website at any time, without notice.
