Postage rates will be displayed in the currency of the e-Store which you are purchasing your products from, and are calculated based on delivery method chosen.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order hidden at the address.

Delivery times vary depending on shipping option selected.

Orders Shipped within the United States

Standard Ground Postal will be shipped through USA Post Office (USPS) and will be offered for a flat rate of USD$10.00, except for Hawaii, where the shipping rate depends on:

(a) the weight and size

(b) the location of the customer’s shipping address.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, items purchased on the Website cannot be returned and/or refunded.

Warranty Claim

Saphira products should be free from defects. If your Saphira product is defective, we will happily exchange it.

To exchange a defective item, please contact customer at 1-888-924-8320. Proof of purchase and proof of defectiveness must be given to Saphira LLC. You may send us photos via email of the defective product, or send the item back to Saphira. If you wish to ship back products to Saphira LLC, please contact us and we will supply you with a return label.

Saphira reserves the right to determine product defectiveness and to authorize the exchange. Unit packages or boxes may become damaged during shipping. Unless deemed at a “gift” these types of damages are not classified as a “product defect” and cannot be exchanged. If your products was a gift and was damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@Saphira.com.

We are unable to redirect orders once products have been dispatched.

Product Availability

Saphira LLC’s offers of products and prices are valid as at the date they are displayed on the Website, but are subject to availability. Instructions concerning the availability of a product will be given at the time of order. In some circumstances, errors as to the availability of a product may arise especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event that a product is not available after the placement of an order, you will be informed of its unavailability by email, and another product shown on the Website may be suggested as a substitute or you may wish to wait for your orders availability or cancel your order.

If you choose to cancel your order, you will be promptly refunded the purchase price on the credit card or PayPal account which was used to make the order. Saphira LLC accepts no liability for any claims or damages whatsoever in the event of stock outage or unavailability of products. Saphira reserves the right to change the products displayed on the Website at any time, without notice.
